Frequently Asked Questions

How big are the bins?

The bins are 2300mm wide, 3300mm long and 2100mm high.

Can I have the bin for a longer period?

It’s possible, please speak to us about this.

What is the maximum capacity?

Each bin can carry around 4m3 of general waste, equivalent to about 20 council red bins. There is a maximum weight limit of 600kg. Excess weight may be charged at the applicable council weight fees.

I have a difficult site, can you get a bin there?

If a standard trailer could be taken on-site, then we should be able to get there. The bin must be placed in a fairly level location that is stable. Each bin has a parking brake. Please contact us in advance of booking if you think your site might be hard to access or store.
